The 10 Best Cheap Villas in Ibiza

Can Jasa is a picture perfect villa located just over 2km from the centre of San Antonio. It has a classic traditional finca style, without feeling out of date thanks to a recent decoration. Being nestled up in the hills near Cala Gracio, not only do you have lots of privacy, but also views down to San Antonio Bay in the distance.

There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms in the villa, accommodating groups up to 7 (or 8 at a squeeze). The outdoor areas are the perfect size for those lazy pool days. The lucky ones staying in the master bedroom upstairs will even get their own terrace to enjoy those famous west coast sunsets.

You’re a 5 minute drive to the middle of the action in San Antonio, or a 30 minute walk if you’re feeling adventurous. This is a villa that really does tick a lot of boxes.

Villa Torre Bes is a gem of a find, located just a 5 minute drive east of San Antonio. Its beautiful private gardens and large pool are only beaten by the views of San Antonio in the distance. Yep, this is the perfect villa to savour those famous Ibiza sunsets each night of your holiday.

It has 4 bedrooms, with ample space for 8 guests. The villa is set around its namesake tower, with rustic touches all throughout the building. There are two outdoor dining areas, balinese bed, and a lounge on the upper level looking out to that incredible view. So you won’t run out of places to relax, eat, drink, or party the night away. What’s not to like?

It’s a great value villa, and little surprise to see it being fully booked early every season.

We’re staying in San Antonio, this time just south of the town. Located just a few minutes drive from O Beach, Can Ramos is a 10 person villa, perfect for large groups.

This villa is all about its outdoor space. Picture it now… you and the crew relaxing around the pool while you contemplate your next night out. The pool area is so big you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re at your very own Pikes! Throw in a few tunes, and get the BBQ going and you might never want to leave 😉

The interiors could do with updating, but you’ll be comfortable with air con and facilities rated as excellent by its reviews. Can Ramos is also great value, and we highly recommend it.

Can Jurat is another beautiful villa located under a 10 minute drive from San Antonio. You’ll have all the privacy you need in this very quiet, secluded location, south west of the bay.

Four bedrooms host up to 8 guests, and you’ll be able to enjoy a private pool, covered BBQ area, and immaculately kept private gardens during your stay.

We’d recommend hiring a car for the short trip into San Antonio, otherwise make sure you know how to direct taxi drivers after a night out!

Privacy, comfort, and lots of space: Villa Evie is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a villa near San Antonio that’ll comfortably house your group of 10.

It’s only a 5 minute taxi journey from the very centre of San Antonio, yet you’ll feel a million miles away from it at Evie. In fact, if you’re really struggling to get a taxi, it’s only a 20 minute walk to Eden…. nice to have the option, right?

You’ll be able to stretch out over the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the property, all situated across one floor.

There’s a large pool along with day beds and BBQ facilities too, so you might even be tempted to be spending plenty of time at the villa if you don’t fancy the short journey to San Antonio. This is a great villa option if you’re looking for a cheap, accessible villa on the west coast of the island.

If you’re after a great value villa in Ibiza that’s close to the airport, Villa Oasis is pretty tough to beat. You could literally walk from the arrivals gates to the villa in under 20 minutes if you don’t fancy the 5 minute taxi!

We’d describe Oasis as a modern finca. From the outside it has that traditional finca design, however as you can see from the photos its interior has been refurbished with a very modern, high standard.

There is so much to like about this place. And it is big. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are all spotless and look brand new, whilst there’s a large garden space and pool to enjoy during the day. The villa has its own gym, and there’s even a tennis court if you fancy a game or two during your stay.

Being this close to the airport also means Playa d’en Bossa is only a 5 minute taxi, so you have the likes of Hi and Ushuaia clubbing at your fingertips. A further few minutes drive will take you to Ibiza Old Town to enjoy the marina and then onto the famous Pacha.

It’s a little over our £60 guideline for a cheap villa, but we still think it’s extremely good value for 12 guests on this side of the island.

Travel 2km further north-east and we come to Villa Torres. Sixteen person villas within a 5 minute drive to Playa d’en Bossa are difficult to come by, but that’s exactly what Villa Torres offers.

This villa is conveniently located just north of Playa d’en Bossa. A huge added benefit is that it’s right next to a very big supermarket, so your food and drink stock-ups couldn’t be easier.

The interiors of Villa Torres are a little more basic compared to some others on the list, but considering the price and location, there’s not a lot to complain about. We should mention the reviews for Torres are all fantastic: we couldn’t find a bad word.

So if your Ibiza squad is pushing 15 and you want to be near Playa d’en Bossa and Ibiza Old Town, get Villa Torres on your shortlist.

Can Serra is one of those villas that has it all. It’s a 6 bedroom, 12 person villa which is both private and affordable.

We love the location. The villa is in a quiet suburban area just north west of Playa D’en Bossa. It’s a 7 minute drive, or 30 minute walk to the likes of Ushuaïa or Hï. You’ve also got a large supermarket a 10 minute walk away. You’re right in the mix of things, but also have plenty of of your own space too.

The place is huge. It’s a two story villa with 6 decent sized double bedrooms. The decor could do with a refresh, but let’s face it, you’ll be spending most of your time outside. There’s a large pool, gardens, and even a covered games room along with snooker and table tennis tables.

The reviews are outstanding for a reason. Serra is a fantastic villa – add it to your shortlist now!

Can Anadi is a picture perfect villa conveniently located in San Jordi, just a couple of kilometres from the airport on the east of the island. It features modern interiors, a beautifully curated garden, and very private grounds, making it perfect for a stay for up to 8 guests.

You’ll need to rent a car or get used to directing taxi drivers to the villa, as it’s a little off the beaten track. A word of warning: there are no shops nearby! With that said, you’re only a 10 minute drive from Playa D’en Bossa, or around 30 minutes to get to San Antonio.

We love the character of the villa and its many tastefully done design touches. It could be the perfect villa if you’re a in a smaller group of couples, and looking for something quiet yet close to the airport.

Our final property is right in the centre of Sant Jordi: Villa Mara. It’s one of the smaller villas in the list, but there’s a real charm about the place. Villa Mara is only a couple of miles away from Playa d’en Bossa and another great choice for groups of 10.

Mara has 5 good sized, very clean bedrooms and comes with its own large pool and BBQ facilities.

The best thing about the villa for us is the outdoor space. You’ll no doubt end up spending most of your time here making the most of the large outdoor terraces, day beds, or even the built in chairs in the pool. The place has definitely been designed with relaxing pool days in mind!

Whilst the 35 minute walk to Playa d’en Bossa might be a little too long for some, it’s always useful to have as a backup option at the end of a night ?
